  1. What is your refund or exchange policy?

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted at our Arima branch within 3 (three) days of purchase and with proof of purchase. The item(s)must be unopened, not tampered and in the same condition in which it was purchased. Please note, that refunds or exchanges are not allowed on food items, essential oils, beauty care products, herbs, sale items, and gift bundles.

  1. What is your shipping policy?

  1. What type of payment do we accept?

We accept credit card OR cash on delivery.

  1. Is there a pick up location?

Yes, customers have the option to collect items purchased at our branch located on 45 Green Street, Arima. Mall pick-ups can be done at: Trincity Mall, Price Plaza, South Park, C3, Gulf City, and Long Circular Mall.  Mall pick-ups cost an additional $25.00. Subscribe to receive notice of free pick-ups.
